The TI TLV70033DDCR is a 300mA LDO providing a fixed 3.3V output with 200mV dropout and 25uA quiescent current in SOT-23-5 package. With 65dB PSRR at 1kHz and 48uVrms output noise, it delivers clean power for noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits in portable battery-powered devices.

The TLV70033DDCR uses a PMOS pass transistor in a CMOS LDO configuration. The bandgap reference provides ±2% output accuracy. The 25uA quiescent current is achieved through optimized bias circuitry while maintaining regulation and noise performance. The enable pin allows external power sequencing, and the 1uA shutdown current minimizes battery drain when disabled. Thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection safeguard against fault conditions.
