The STN101050BL30AH from STMicroelectronics is an N-channel 1050V MDmesh K5 power MOSFET with 1.4 Ohm RDS(on), 4A drain current, 30W power dissipation, Zener-protected gate, and insulated TO-3PF package for offline switching power supply applications.

The MDmesh K5 MOSFET uses ST proprietary vertical DMOS structure with multiple drain regions to achieve 1050V breakdown voltage. The thick drift region supports the high voltage while the multiple drain structure reduces on-resistance. Zener diodes between gate and source protect against ESD.
