The TI SN74LVC2T45DCUR is a 2-bit dual-supply voltage level translator in VSSOP-8 package, supporting independent voltage rails from 1.65V to 5.5V on each side. With data rates up to 100Mbps and per-bit direction control, it is ideal for I2C, SPI, and other bidirectional bus level translation between different voltage domains in mixed-voltage systems.

The SN74LVC2T45DCUR uses two separate supply rails (VCCA and VCCB) to translate logic levels between two voltage domains. The DIR pin controls the direction of data flow: when DIR is high, data flows from A to B; when low, from B to A. The A-port I/Os are referenced to VCCA and the B-port I/Os to VCCB. Each bit independently follows the direction control. The Ioff circuitry ensures both ports are in high-impedance state when either supply is 0V.
