The SI8065AA-B-IU from Skyworks is a 6-channel unidirectional digital isolator with 1kVrms isolation, 10Mbps data rate, 35kV/us CMTI, 65ns max propagation delay, and Schmitt trigger inputs in a 16-QSOP package.

The Si8065 uses CMOS capacitive isolation where data is transmitted across the isolation barrier through on-chip capacitors. The input signal modulates a high-frequency carrier that passes through the isolation capacitors. On the output side, the carrier is demodulated and the original signal reconstructed. Schmitt trigger inputs provide noise immunity. The 35kV/us CMTI ensures reliable operation in environments with fast common-mode transients.
