The Richtek RT9013-33GB is a 500mA CMOS LDO providing a fixed 3.3V output with 250mV dropout and ultra-low 25uA quiescent current. It is one of the most popular LDO choices for RF module power supplies in portable electronics, offering a good balance of output current, noise performance, and battery life. Note: This product is in Last Time Buy status; RT9080 is the recommended replacement.

The RT9013-33GB uses a P-channel MOSFET pass element in a CMOS LDO configuration. The 25uA quiescent current is exceptionally low for a 500mA LDO, achieved through careful bias circuit design and low-leakage MOSFET technology. The internal bandgap reference provides ±2% output accuracy. The device is designed to be stable with only 1uF ceramic output capacitor, minimizing external component count. Current limiting and thermal shutdown protect against fault conditions.
