The PIC12F510-I/P is a baseline 8-bit Flash MCU from Microchip offering small size, low cost, and useful peripheral integration. With 1.5KB Flash, 3-channel 8-bit ADC, and on-chip comparator, it enables direct analog signal processing. Internal 4/8MHz oscillator eliminates external clock components. The 100nA sleep current and 2.0V minimum suit battery applications. 8-pin PDIP allows easy prototyping and through-hole assembly.

The PIC12F510-I/P uses baseline PIC architecture. (1) CPU: 12-bit instruction set with 33 instructions, single-cycle execution, 2 stack levels. (2) Clock: Internal 4/8MHz precision oscillator, no external crystal needed. (3) ADC: 8-bit SAR on GP0/GP1/GP2 with 256 discrete levels. (4) Comparator: Compares external input against internal reference or second external pin. (5) Low-Power: Sleep mode at 100nA, wakeup via WDT or pin change.
