The onsemi NTD5867NL is a 60V N-channel power MOSFET in DPAK package with 24mOhm RDS(ON) and 30A current rating. AEC-Q101 automotive qualified, it provides efficient switching for DC-DC converters, motor drives, and battery management in 12V/24V automotive and industrial systems.

The NTD5867NL uses onsemi’s trench MOSFET technology with optimized cell density for 24mOhm RDS(ON) in the DPAK package. The 60V breakdown voltage covers 12V and 24V systems with adequate margin. The 25nC total gate charge enables efficient switching at moderate frequencies. The DPAK package provides excellent thermal performance through the large drain tab.
