Product Overview
The MPXV6115VC6U from NXP Semiconductors (now manufactured by STMicroelectronics) is a vacuum gauge pressure sensor measuring from -115 kPa to 0 kPa. It integrates on-chip bipolar op-amp circuitry and thin film resistor networks for temperature compensation and signal conditioning, providing a high-level analog output voltage proportional to the applied vacuum pressure. The sensor is housed in an 8-pin SOP package with an axial barbed port.
