Product Overview
The MPS MPQ8714GL-AEC1 is a synchronous step-down converter controller designed for high-current automotive power supply applications. It drives external N-channel MOSFETs and supports input voltages from 4.5 V to 40 V with programmable switching frequency up to 1 MHz. AEC-Q100 qualified and housed in a QFN-16 (4 x 4 mm) package.
