Product Overview
The MPQ8632GLE-8-Z is a Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) 18V, 8A fully integrated synchronous step-down converter using constant-on-time (COT) control for ultrafast transient response. Part of the scalable MPQ8632 family (4A to 20A), it shares the same QFN-16 (3x4mm) footprint as the 4A/6A/10A/12A variants, enabling easy current scaling without PCB redesign.
