The MP9840GL from Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) is a 36V/3.5A synchronous step-down converter with ultra-low 2uA quiescent current. It integrates 150m ohm/90m ohm power MOSFETs and operates at a fixed 500kHz switching frequency with forced PWM or PFM mode for high efficiency across load range.
