Product Overview
The MPS MP1584EN-LF-Z is a 3A, 1.5MHz step-down (buck) converter with an integrated high-voltage power MOSFET. Operating from 4.5V to 28V input, it provides up to 3A output current with programmable switching frequency from 100kHz to 1.5MHz. The SOIC-8E (SOICW) package provides excellent thermal performance.
