The MLG0603P10NHTZ10 from TDK is a 10 nH high-frequency wirewound chip inductor in a 0603 package. With 0.42 Ohm maximum DCR and self-resonant frequency above 7 GHz, it is the lower-inductance complement to the MLG0603P12NHTZ10 for RF impedance matching networks that require fine inductance steps. The 750 mA rated current and +/-5% tolerance support precise RF tuning in smartphones, Wi-Fi modules, and GPS receivers.

The MLG0603P10NHTZ10 uses the same TDK wirewound construction as the 12 nH variant but with fewer turns to achieve the 10 nH inductance. Fewer turns result in slightly lower DCR and higher SRF compared to the 12 nH part. The high-frequency performance is determined by the quality of the wire termination and the parasitic capacitance between the winding and the ceramic substrate. In RF matching networks, these inductors are used in L-section, pi-section, or T-section configurations with capacitors to transform impedance between source and load for maximum power transfer.
