Product Overview
The MIC5332-SSYMT-TR is a dual 300 mA ultra-low-quiescent-current ULDO (Ultra Low Dropout) regulator from Microchip in a compact 2 mm x 2 mm Thin MLF-8 package. Both LDO outputs are fixed at 3.3 V with +/-1% accuracy. Drawing only 25 μA per LDO, it achieves PSRR >65 dB and 50 μVrms output noise. LDO2 integrates a Power-On Reset (POR) output with programmable delay via an external capacitor, eliminating the need for a separate reset IC.
