The MAX6309UK29D3+T is a low-power microprocessor supervisory circuit from Analog Devices with a factory-trimmed 2.925V reset threshold. Both reset and watchdog timeout periods are capacitor-adjustable for design flexibility. Drawing only 3.7uA supply current with AEC-Q100 qualification, it is suitable for automotive and battery-powered applications requiring reliable 3.0V/3.3V supply monitoring.

The MAX6309 monitors VCC against the 2.925V threshold with +/-2% accuracy. When VCC drops below the threshold, RESET is asserted. The reset timeout period is set by an external capacitor on the SRT pin. The watchdog timer monitors activity on the WDI input; if no transition occurs within the timeout period (set by capacitor on SWT pin), RESET is asserted. The manual reset (MR) input allows external assertion of RESET.
