Product Overview
The LM5160XDNTT is a 65V, 2A synchronous step-down (buck) and Fly-Buck converter from Texas Instruments with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. Using adaptive constant on-time (COT) control, it requires no external loop compensation and delivers fast transient response. The 4.5V to 65V input range, 2A output, and selectable DCM/FPWM modes make it ideal for industrial, telecom, and isolated Fly-Buck power supply designs in a compact 12-pin WSON (4x4mm) package.
