The LCMXO2-640HC-4TG100C from Lattice Semiconductor is a low-power FPGA with 640 LUTs and 100 I/Os in a TQFP-100 package. It is designed for cost-sensitive applications requiring flexible logic and bus bridging.

The FPGA consists of programmable logic blocks (PLBs) connected by a programmable routing matrix. Each PLB contains LUT4 elements for combinational logic and flip-flops for sequential logic. Configuration data in SRAM cells defines the logic function and interconnect.
