Product Overview
The ISO7841FDWR is a high-performance, quad-channel reinforced digital isolator from Texas Instruments, providing 8000Vpeak isolation with capacitive SiO2 insulation barrier technology. Featuring three forward and one reverse channel (3/1 configuration) with default-low output state, it delivers up to 100Mbps data rate with industry-leading ±100kV/µs CMTI. The device operates from 2.25V to 5.5V on both sides, enabling voltage-level translation across the isolation barrier, and is available in a wide-body SOIC-16 package.
