The INA333AIDGKR from Texas Instruments is a low-power, precision instrumentation amplifier offering excellent accuracy with zero-drift technology. It provides very low offset voltage (25μV max at G≥100), excellent offset voltage drift (0.1μV/°C), and high CMRR (100dB at G≥10). Operating from 1.8V to 5.5V with only 50μA quiescent current, it is ideal for battery-operated systems. Gain is set by a single external resistor from 1 to 1000 using the standard equation G = 1 + (100kΩ/RG).

The INA333 uses a three-op-amp instrumentation amplifier topology with auto-calibration (chopper stabilization) to achieve zero-drift performance. The input stage consists of two auto-zeroed amplifiers that continuously correct their own offset, providing ultra-low 25μV offset and 0.1μV/°C drift. The differential input signal is amplified by the gain stage, with gain determined by a single external resistor RG using G = 1 + (100kΩ/RG). The output stage provides rail-to-rail output swing. RFI filtered inputs prevent high-frequency interference from aliasing into the baseband signal.
