Product Overview
The ICM7555CBAZ-T from Renesas (formerly Intersil) is a CMOS version of the classic 555 timer in a SOT-23-5 package. Unlike the bipolar NE555, the CMOS ICM7555 operates from 1.5V to 16V with only 100uA typical supply current, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The -T suffix indicates tape-and-reel packaging.
