Product Overview
The FXLS8967AFR3 is an NXP (now transitioned to STMicroelectronics) AEC-Q100 qualified 3-axis MEMS accelerometer with ±2g/4g/8g/16g selectable full-scale ranges, 12-bit resolution, and ultra-low power consumption down to 0.7μA. It features autonomous motion detection, SDCD (Sensor Data Change Detection) for freefall/motion/no-motion events, and a 144-byte FIFO/LIFO buffer in a 2x2mm DFN-10 package with wettable flanks.
