The FQD7N10LTM from onsemi is a 100V N-channel MOSFET with 150mΩ on-resistance and 5.6A drain current in a DPAK package. It is designed for high-efficiency switching applications including DC-DC converters and load switches.

This N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET uses onsemi’s PowerTrench technology. When VGS exceeds the threshold voltage, an inversion layer forms in the channel, allowing current flow from drain to source. The trench gate structure eliminates the JFET region, reducing on-resistance.
