The FM25V10-G from Infineon Technologies (formerly Cypress/Ramtron) is a 1Mbit (128K x 8) F-RAM (Ferroelectric RAM) with SPI interface operating at up to 40MHz. It offers virtually unlimited endurance (10^14 read/write cycles), 151-year data retention, and 75ns access time. The 3.0-3.6V device comes in an 8-SOIC package with RoHS-compliant (Green) lead finish.

The FM25V10-G from Infineon is a 1Mbit SPI F-RAM with 10^14 cycle endurance, 151-year data retention, and instant write capability in an 8-SOIC package for write-intensive applications.

F-RAM stores data using ferroelectric polarization of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) crystals. Unlike EEPROM/Flash which uses charge storage in floating gates (requiring high voltage for tunneling), F-RAM switches the polarization state of the PZT dipoles with a low voltage pulse. This provides virtually unlimited endurance (10^14 cycles vs 10^6 for EEPROM), instant write (no erase-then-program delay), and extremely long data retention (151 years at 85C).
