The TM4C1292NCPDTI3 is a 120MHz ARM Cortex-M4F microcontroller from Texas Instruments in LQFP-128, featuring 1MB Flash, 256KB SRAM, and an integrated 10/100 Ethernet MAC+PHY. The TM4C129x family is the only Cortex-M4 MCU with on-chip Ethernet PHY, eliminating the need for an external PHY chip. The device also includes USB 2.0 OTG, CAN 2.0A/B, eight UARTs, and a hardware cryptography engine (AES/DES/SHA/MD5).
