The TLE9261-3BQX is an Infineon OPTIREG™ Mid-Range+ System Basis Chip (SBC) with 1x CAN FD transceiver (with Partial Networking), 3 voltage regulators (5V/250mA, 5V/100mA, external PNP driver), 4 high-side outputs, and 16-bit SPI interface. Designed for automotive CAN-based body control and gateway modules with ultra-low 15μA sleep current.
