The STM32H743VIT6 is a high-performance Arm Cortex-M7 microcontroller running at 480MHz with 1027 DMIPS processing power. It features 2MB dual-bank Flash with read-while-write capability and 1MB of RAM including TCM and SRAM. The double-precision floating-point unit and L1 caches accelerate computation-intensive algorithms. Extensive peripherals include Ethernet MAC, USB 2.0 HS/FS with embedded PHY, dual CAN FD, multiple SPI/I2C/USART interfaces, and 2x 16-bit ADCs. The Chrom-ART accelerator and hardware JPEG codec enable rich graphical user interfaces without CPU overhead.

The STM32H743VIT6 is based on the Arm Cortex-M7 core with a 6-stage superscalar pipeline capable of dual instruction issue. The L1 cache system (16KB I-cache + 16KB D-cache) significantly reduces Flash access latency. The Art Accelerator further optimizes Flash access with instruction prefetching. The double-precision FPU supports IEEE 754-compliant operations. The multi-AHB bus matrix enables concurrent access to peripherals and memory by different bus masters. The power domain architecture separates the core, I/O, and backup domains for flexible power management.
