The STM32F769NIH6 is a high-performance ARM Cortex-M7 MCU from ST running at 216MHz with 2MB Flash and 512KB SRAM in BGA-216 (12x12mm, 0.8mm pitch). The Cortex-M7 core features a 6-stage superscalar pipeline with hardware FPU (double-precision), DSP instructions, and a 16KB instruction cache + 16KB data cache (L1). The ART (Adaptive Real-Time) accelerator with 4KB line buffer enables 0-wait-state Flash access at 216MHz. The Chrom-ART Accelerator (DMA2D) offloads 2D graphics operations (fill, copy, blend, format conversion) from the CPU, enabling 60fps GUI rendering. The LCD-TFT controller drives displays up to 1024×768 at 60fps with dual-layer overlay. The DSI (Display Serial Interface) host supports MIPI DSI displays. The JPEG codec provides hardware encode/decode. Three 12-bit ADCs achieve 2.4MSPS each in triple-interleaved mode. USB OTG HS with dedicated 4KB FIFO supports 480Mbps. The 512KB SRAM is split into 320KB main + 64KB DTCM + 128KB ITCM for deterministic access.
