The STM32F401RBT6 from STMicroelectronics is an ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit RISC microcontroller with FPU operating at up to 84MHz. It features 128KB Flash, 64KB SRAM, a 12-bit ADC, USB 2.0 FS OTG, and extensive communication interfaces in an LQFP-64 (10x10mm) package. The ART Accelerator enables 0-wait-state Flash execution at full speed.
