The RMK-5-751+ from Mini-Circuits is an X5 frequency multiplier utilizing specially selected silicon Schottky diodes and compatible filter circuitry. With 100-150MHz input and 500-750MHz output frequency ranges, it achieves low conversion loss and high rejection of unwanted harmonics in a compact SMT case style TT1224.
