The MURS120T3G from ON Semiconductor is an ultra-fast recovery surface-mount rectifier diode rated at 200V and 2A average rectified current. With a reverse recovery time of just 35 ns and low forward voltage drop of 0.875V max at 1A, it is designed for high-frequency rectification, freewheeling, and protection in switch-mode power supplies and inductive load circuits. Packaged in SMB (DO-214AA) for automated handling.
