LM393BIPWR from TI is the next-generation B-version dual comparator with improved specs: 0.37mV offset, 3.5nA bias current, 200uA/ch supply current, 1us response time. Open-collector output, 2-36V supply. TSSOP-8 industrial -40C to +85C.

Principio de funcionamiento

B-version improves over classic LM393 with lower offset (0.37mV vs 5mV), lower bias current (3.5nA vs 25nA), faster response (1us vs 1.3us), and 2kV ESD clamps. Two independent comparators with open-collector outputs that can wire-OR. Common-mode input range includes ground.
