The DG406DW-E3 from Vishay Siliconix is a 16-channel CMOS analog multiplexer in a 28-pin wide-body SOIC package. It selects one of sixteen inputs to a common output via 4-bit binary address, with 50 Ohm typical on-resistance, break-before-make switching, and dual supply operation from +/-5V to +/-20V.
