The 74HC132D from Nexperia is a quad 2-input NAND gate with Schmitt trigger inputs. Each of the four gates features hysteresis on its inputs, allowing slow-rising or noisy signals to be cleanly converted to sharp digital outputs. Operating from 2V to 6V supply, it is ideal for signal conditioning, debounce, oscillator, and waveform shaping circuits in digital and mixed-signal designs. Packaged in SOIC-14.
