The 74HC132D from Nexperia is a quad 2-input NAND gate with Schmitt-trigger inputs. The Schmitt-trigger action transforms slowly changing or noisy input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals, making it ideal for wave shaping, oscillator, and debouncing circuits. With wide 2.0V to 6.0V supply, CMOS low power, and high noise immunity, it is available in an SOIC-14 package specified from -40°C to +125°C.
