The DM8603EP is an integrated H-bridge DC motor driver with built-in MOSFETs and protection features for bidirectional motor control in consumer and industrial applications.

The H-bridge consists of four integrated MOSFET switches arranged in an H configuration. By controlling the ON/OFF states of the switch pairs, current flows through the motor in either direction or is braked. PWM on the enable pin provides speed control. Thermal and over-current protection automatically disable outputs during fault conditions.
