The CS5460A-BSZ from Cirrus Logic is a single-phase bi-directional power/energy IC in an SSOP-24 package. It combines two delta-sigma ADCs with high-speed power calculation and a serial interface, measuring real energy, instantaneous power, IRMS, and VRMS with ±0.1% linearity over 1000:1 dynamic range, meeting IEC 687/1036 accuracy requirements.
