The CGA4J3X7R1H105K125AE is a multilayer ceramic capacitor using X7R (Class II) barium titanate-based dielectric. The X7R dielectric provides a relatively stable capacitance over the -55C to +125C temperature range (+/-10% variation), making it suitable for decoupling and filtering where precise capacitance is not critical.
