The BCM63139UKFSBG is a Broadcom high-performance multimedia gateway system-on-chip integrating dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processors at up to 1 GHz with VDSL2, ADSL2+, and G.fast DSL modem capability. Designed for carrier-grade home gateways, it supports gigabit-class broadband over copper through G.vector vectoring and G.fast technologies. The SoC integrates dual Gigabit Ethernet MACs with PHY, DDR3/DDR3L memory controller, hardware cryptographic acceleration, VoIP DSP, and PCIe/USB expansion interfaces, enabling triple-play (IPTV, VoIP, data) service delivery in a single-chip solution.
