The BCM53125B0MKMMLG from Broadcom is a 7-port integrated GbE Ethernet switch with 5 integrated PHYs, 802.3az EEE, 802.1Q VLAN, 8-queue QoS, IGMP snooping, and less than 2.5W power in a 128-pin QFN package.

The BCM53125 integrates a layer-2 switching fabric with five 10/100/1000 PHY transceivers and two MAC-only ports. Incoming frames are parsed for VLAN tags, QoS markings, and MAC addresses. The lookup engine performs MAC address learning and forwarding at wire speed. QoS classification places frames into one of 8 priority queues per port. EEE reduces power during idle periods.
