The AT-3237-TF-LW140-R from PUI Audio is a high-output piezoelectric transducer producing 98dBA at 3.7kHz resonant frequency, designed for panel-mount audible alert applications.

The piezoelectric transducer converts electrical energy to acoustic energy through the inverse piezoelectric effect. When an AC voltage is applied across the piezoelectric element at its resonant frequency (3.7kHz), the ceramic disc vibrates at maximum amplitude, producing a loud audible tone through the ABS housing.
