The TI TPS73633DBVR is a 400mA ultra-low-noise LDO providing a fixed 3.3V output with 30uVrms output noise and 70dB PSRR in SOT-23-5 package. The 75mV dropout at full load and noise reduction (NR) pin make it ideal for the most noise-sensitive RF, analog, and precision measurement applications where supply cleanliness directly impacts system performance.

The TPS73633DBVR uses a PMOS pass element with a noise reduction (NR) pin connected to the internal bandgap reference. An external capacitor on the NR pin filters reference noise, achieving 30uVrms output noise. The PMOS topology provides 75mV dropout voltage at 400mA with no ground current increase at dropout (unlike PNP LDOs). The 70dB PSRR effectively isolates the output from input supply noise, critical for RF and precision analog circuits.
