The TPS63020DSJR from Texas Instruments is a 2A buck-boost converter operating from 1.8-5.5V input with 4MHz switching frequency in a VQFN-14 package.

The buck-boost converter uses a 4-switch topology with integrated MOSFETs. In buck mode (Vin > Vout), the high-side switch and synchronous rectifier operate while the boost switches are idle. In boost mode (Vin < Vout), the boost switches operate while the buck switches remain on. This seamless transition maintains regulation across the full input range.
