The TPS54331DR from Texas Instruments is a 3A buck converter operating from 3.5-28V input with 570kHz switching frequency in a SO-8 package.

The buck converter uses integrated N-channel MOSFET switches in a current-mode control architecture. The high-side switch charges the inductor during the on-time, and the low-side synchronous rectifier freewheels during the off-time. Current mode control provides fast transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limiting.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
