The TM4C1294KCPDTI3R is a member of the Tiva C Series microcontroller family from Texas Instruments, featuring an ARM Cortex-M4F core running at 120MHz with 512KB of Flash and 256KB of SRAM. Its distinguishing feature is the integrated 10/100 Ethernet MAC and PHY, enabling single-chip network connectivity without external transceivers. The device also integrates USB 2.0 full-speed/high-speed OTG with integrated PHY, two CAN 2.0 A/B controllers, and a comprehensive set of communication peripherals including 8 UARTs, 4 SSI/SPI ports, and 6 I2C interfaces. The TM4C1294KCPDT operates around the ARM Cortex-M4F processor core with its integrated NVIC and FPU. The bus matrix connects the core to Flash, SRAM, and peripheral modules through multi-layer AHB and APB buses. The integrated Ethernet subsystem includes an IEEE 802.3-compliant MAC with an integrated PHY, connected internally via MII. The USB OTG controller includes an integrated PHY supporting host, device, and OTG modes. Two CAN controllers implement the CAN 2.0 A/B protocol with hardware message objects.
