The TL431CCDBZR from Texas Instruments is the C-grade version of the TL431 precision programmable shunt voltage reference, offering the tightest temperature drift specification of 6mV maximum over the commercial temperature range (0°C to +70°C). The C grade is produced by screening devices for the tightest voltage stability over temperature, making it the preferred choice for high-precision applications operating in controlled temperature environments. The device provides +/-0.5% initial accuracy, 2.495V internal reference programmable to 36V, 0.2 Ohm dynamic impedance, and 1-100mA cathode current range in the tiny SOT-23-3 package. The narrower 0°C to +70°C operating range allows the tighter drift specification compared to the B-grade (11mV over -40°C to +125°C).

Identical to the TL431ACDBZR. The C grade provides the tightest temperature drift (6mV max over 0-70°C) through the most rigorous screening of the bandgap reference stability during manufacturing. The operating temperature range is limited to 0°C to +70°C to achieve this tighter specification. All other operational characteristics are the same as the TL431 family.   2. Handling of Lost or Damaged Goods
  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
  • We shall not be liable for any losses caused by incorrect delivery address, wrong contact information or the buyer’s refusal to complete customs clearance.
