The TL431BIDBZR from Texas Instruments is the B-grade (precision) version of the TL431 programmable shunt voltage reference in a SOT-23-3 package. The B grade provides +/-0.5% initial accuracy with 11mV maximum voltage drift over the full industrial temperature range (-40°C to +125°C), making it suitable for applications requiring tighter regulation over temperature than the standard A grade. The I suffix indicates the industrial temperature range. The device features the same 2.495V internal reference programmable to 36V, 0.2 Ohm dynamic impedance, and 1-100mA cathode current range as other TL431 grades. This is the preferred grade for industrial SMPS and power management applications where temperature stability is important.

Identical to the TL431ACDBZR. The B grade provides tighter initial accuracy (+/-0.5% vs +/-1% for A grade) and lower temperature drift (11mV vs 14mV max over -40 to +125°C). See TL431ACDBZR entry for complete working principle.
