The TL431BCDBZR from Texas Instruments is the B-grade version of the TL431 precision programmable shunt voltage reference in a SOT-23-3 package. The B grade provides +/-0.5% initial accuracy (same as the AC grade) with tighter temperature drift specification of 11mV maximum over the -40°C to +125°C range, compared to 14mV for the A grade. This makes the BC grade suitable for applications requiring more precise voltage regulation over the full industrial temperature range. The device operates identically to the standard TL431 with 2.495V internal reference, programmable output from 2.495V to 36V, 0.2 Ohm dynamic impedance, and 1-100mA cathode current range. The SOT-23-3 package is ideal for space-constrained SMPS feedback and voltage monitoring applications.

Identical to the TL431ACDBZR. The BC grade provides tighter temperature drift (11mV max vs 14mV for AC grade) through tighter screening of the bandgap reference temperature coefficient during manufacturing.   2. Handling of Lost or Damaged Goods
  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
  • We shall not be liable for any losses caused by incorrect delivery address, wrong contact information or the buyer’s refusal to complete customs clearance.
