The STM32F103VCT6 from STMicroelectronics is a high-density member of the STM32F103 performance line featuring a 72MHz ARM Cortex-M3 core with 256KB Flash and 48KB SRAM. The device integrates 3 x 12-bit ADCs, 2 x 12-bit DACs, USB 2.0 full-speed, CAN 2.0B, SDIO, and 13 communication interfaces. Eleven timers include motor control PWM with dead-time generation. A 12-channel DMA controller offloads data transfers. The 100-LQFP package provides 80 I/O pins, most 5V-tolerant.
