The Richtek RT9193-33GB is a 300mA ultra-low-noise CMOS LDO providing a fixed 3.3V output with 220mV dropout. The noise bypass (BP) pin allows an external capacitor to filter the internal reference voltage, achieving ultra-low output noise ideal for RF modules, audio codecs, and precision analog circuits. Note: This product is in Last Time Buy status.

The RT9193-33GB uses a P-channel MOSFET pass element in a CMOS LDO configuration. The internal bandgap reference provides the ±2% output accuracy. The BP (bypass) pin is connected to the reference voltage node, allowing an external capacitor (typically 22nF) to filter reference noise. This dramatically reduces output noise and improves PSRR, especially at higher frequencies. The 90uA quiescent current is achieved through careful bias circuit design while maintaining noise and PSRR performance.
