The KOA RS73F2ATTD7500B is an ultra-precision anti-sulfuration thick film chip resistor from the RS73-RT series, offering 750Ω resistance with ±0.1% tolerance and a TCR of ±25 ppm/°C. Packaged in the 0805 (2012 metric) footprint, it delivers 0.25W power rating with a maximum working voltage of 150V. The anti-sulfuration construction uses a high sulfuration-proof inner top electrode material, ensuring reliable operation in sulfur-containing atmospheres. AEC-Q200 qualified, this resistor provides excellent long-term stability with ΔR of ±0.2% in reliability testing.

The RS73 series uses a metal-glaze thick film resistor element on a ceramic substrate with precision laser trimming for ultra-tight tolerance control. The anti-sulfuration construction features a special inner top electrode material that resists silver migration and sulfide formation. The RuO2-based thick film provides excellent stability under thermal cycling, humidity, and load life testing.
